Needle Felt Red Fox Lil' Buddy

If you haven't noticed by perusing my gallery, I love dolls. Big, small, intricate, or simple - it doesn't matter the kind of doll, all of them have a place in my heart.

I also love chachkies - so it should come as no surprise that I end up making them a lot.

On my list of various collectables, I've started making needle felt lil' buddies: tiny dolls that are minimally jointed but contain, ounce-for-ounce, every bit of character as my big dolls.

To me, foxes are some of the most beautiful and sly little creatures on the planet: they somehow manage to eek out an existence on almost every corner of the globe, and I've been fortunate enough to even see one in person myself! This lil' buddy is an homage to those few experiences, in the hope that someday this doll will find a home that loves it as much as I do.
